SALTO was founded in 2021 by four cultural professionals – Irutė Tumaitė, Eglė Simonavičiūtė, Agnė Pinigienė, and Deividas Siniavskis.

We met each other and matured as professionals during our collaboration on the international project ‘Kaunas – European Capital of Culture 2022’. There, we established connections with Lithuanian and international artists and creators, and the ideas we implemented together, along with the strong network of partners we built, inspired us to continue our shared creative adventure.

Our team works on complex, challenging projects. We believe that in doing so, we contribute to fostering dialogue between culture and business, creating positive change, and strengthening the traditions of cultural patronage in Lithuania.
