Celestial Bodies 

PURPOE
To design a creative solution in skyscraper stairwells that would become an attractive alternative to elevators for residents wanting to reach the terraces on the upper floors. 

SOLUTION
Architects Linas Tuleikis, Karolis Platakis, and Kęstas Vaikšnoras created a ‘cosmic’ environment in the skyscrapers’ stairwells. Each floor represents a different celestial body. As residents climb upwards, they become familiar with the Solar System, see their burned calories calculated on each floor, and – at the top – they reach the Sun.
