Drones of Peace
An architectural plant installation entitled ‘Drones of Peace’ at the Kaunas Akropolis shopping centre.
PURPOSE
To commemorate the International Day of Happiness and Earth Day by creating an artistic solution that would become the main attraction and photo-taking spot for the shopping centre’s visitors.
SOLUTION
Alongside architects Linas Tuleikis, Kęstas Vaikšnoras, and Karolis Platakis, and floral artist Sandra Svobūnė, we created a live plant installation. This artistic solution spoke about our surrounding environment and drew attention to climate issues and the context of the war in Ukraine.
